Tim Kilgore
Local Owner, Licensed Funeral Director, Licensed Embalmer, Licensed Life Insurance Agent.
Tim is the son of LaVoy Kilgore and the late Colleen Kilgore. He is a 1977 graduate of Coffee County Central High School in Manchester and graduated from John A Gupton College in Nashville in 1979. His career in the funeral industry has spanned over 30 years, working at Tullahoma Funeral Home, Memphis Funeral Home and Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, before coming back as General Manager of Tullahoma Funeral Home, Manchester Funeral Home and Coffee County Funeral Chapel in Manchester. Tim is a Certified Crematoligist, having completed training through CANA (Cremation Association of North America), of which he is also a member.

Horace Lee Jacobs
Senior Funeral Director
Horace Lee Jacobs is a 1956 graduate of Central High School in Manchester and a 1966 graduate of John A. Gupton School of Mortuary Science in Nashville. He received his Funeral Director and Embalmers License in 1967. As a Church of Christ Minister for 54 years, Horace has served several congregations throughout Middle Tennessee and Coffee County on both a part-time and full-time basis.

Carolyn Lewis Jacobs
Funeral Director and Office Manager
Carolyn Lewis Jacobs has been in funeral service since May 1968 and a licensed Funeral Director since 1971. In addition to being the first licensed female funeral director in Coffee County, she is a 1958 graduate of Central High School in Manchester. Horace and Carolyn live in Moore County and have three sons Brian, Bruce, and Bradley and enjoy their thirteen grandchildren.

Terry Davis
Family Services, Licensed Preneed and Insurance Counselor
Terry Davis is a native of Tullahoma and a 1969 graduate of Tullahoma High. His parents are the late Doyle Davis and Dot Davis who resides in Tullahoma. His grandfather Iverson “I.W.” Davis operated Davis and Stone Plumbing and Electric here for years. Terry is married to Susan Brody and they live in Tullahoma. After spending approximately 30 years designing and selling process control computers, Terry retired and became a Licensed Insurance Agent and most recently returned as Pre-Need Advisor helping families prearrange funeral services.

Jeff Hayes
Licensed Funeral Director
Jeff is a 1992 graduate of Coffee County High School in Manchester, Tennessee and a 1993 graduate of John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN. Jeff is a veteran of the United States Navy having served from 1994-1999 as a Hospital Corpsman and a Mortician. During his enlistment in the Navy and employment with the United States Army in Europe, he enjoyed traveling to many parts of the world. In 2009, Jeff graduated from American Intercontinental University with his MBA with a focus in operational management. Jeff has been a licensed funeral director for 16 years and is glad to be back home serving families in middle Tennessee.

Donnie Wilhoit
Non-Licensed Assistant
Donnie Wilhoit has been a non-licensed funeral assistant at Tullahoma Funeral Home for five years. He is married to Joanne Wilhoit and they have a daughter, Kimberly. They are members of Bethel Baptist Church and, in addition to working at the funeral home, Donnie owns and operates Tullahoma Welding Shop and Mid-Tenn Removal Service providing transportation services for funeral homes in the surrounding Middle Tennessee area.

Non-Licensed Funeral Assistant
Wayne is a native of Coffee County and attended both Coffee County and Tullahoma City Schools. He is a graduate of Heritage Bible College in Huntsville, Alabama. Wayne is a Baptist Minister, a former employee of Wilson Sporting Goods and McDonald's Corporation. Wayne and his wife Jewell have two children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
