Tullahoma Funeral Home is proud to announce the addition of Horace Lee and Carolyn Jacobs to our staff. As funeral directors and former owners of Tullahoma Funeral Home, the Jacobs have a long, established history of service to families in our community.

Tullahoma Funeral Home

 

In 1948, at 210 East Grundy Street in Tullahoma, Mr. Floyd Motlow and Mr. E. Watson Moore opened Motlow-Moore Funeral Home. The funeral home was operated under this name until April of 1968 when Mr. Horace Jacobs became the owner and operator and incorporated under the name Tullahoma Funeral Home, Inc.The Jacobs family operated the funeral home until August of 1980 when the funeral home was purchased by the Kilgore family. Tim Kilgore remains as one of the owners today. The funeral home relocated to its present location in March of 1990 upon completion of its new facilities.
