Christi Payne, age 34 of Tullahoma died Sunday, September 14, 2008 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Marietta, GA, a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church and a graduate of Tullahoma High School. She is survived by her children Brittany and Nick Lowe of Tullahoma; her parents Bob and Sandy Payne, Tullahoma; a brother Robert (Tracy) Payne Jr., Jacksonville, FL; grandparents Rev. Wayne and Joyce Cable, Tullahoma; uncles David (Lisa) Cable, Ocala, FL; Jeff Cable and Jim (Sandi) Payne all of Tullahoma; Tom (Michelle) Seymour, Ocoee, FL and Bobby Seymour, Ohio; aunts Cathy Cable, Tullahoma; Debi (Butch) Butler, Titusville, FL and other loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday night from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the funeral home and services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at the Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Cable officiating. Burial will follow in the Coathran Cemetery near Unionville. The family requests memorials be made to the Spring Creek Baptist Church, 1600 Old Estill Springs Rd., Tullahoma, TN 37388 or the Bridgestone Firestone Employee Assistance Fund, c/o Human Resources, 725 Bridgestone Dr. Morrison, TN 37357.
