David Eric Mathis born September 4, 2008, passed this life on November 10, 2008 at the age of 2 mo. 6 days.

He is survived by his parents Angela Coley and Trent Mathis of Tullahoma, 

Three  sisters Briana and Leah Mathis of McMinnville and Summer York of Tullahoma,

One brother Nicolas Mathis of Tullahoma

Grandparents David Coley and Rita Schubert of Lenoir City, Beverly Carney of Manchester, Tina Mathis of McMinnville, Lula Ray Bowden of McMinnville and Brenda (JD) Myers of McMinnville.

Great grandparent Johnny Mae Clark of Tullahoma.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

With a gravesite service at 10am Friday November 14 at the Bethany  Cemetery.
