Julia C. Biggs, age 62 of Tullahoma passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010. She was a native of Delaware, Ohio and a daughter of C. W. Biggs, Jr. who survives and the late Joan Dawn Hall. Julia was a member of the Decherd Mission Church and a talented artist with a very generous and loving spirit who loved her family and friends.
In addition to her father she is survived by her daughters Tracey (David) Belfiore of Landenberg, PA and Whitney (Thomas) Arthur of West Grove, PA; a brother Michael (Susan) Biggs of Phoenix, AZ; sisters Marcia (Chip) Elliott of State College, PA and Cheryl (Vic) Smith of Harrisburg, VA; five grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other loving friends.
Julia’s wish was to be cremated and for a memorial service to be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Tullahoma Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.tullahomafuneralhome.com
