Biography
PARKER, Cheryl Deane, 65, of Tullahoma passed away Tuesday, November
29, at the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center losing a valiant fight with leukemia. She
was born May 29, 1946 in Greeneville, TN. She was the daughter of the late H.
Dean and Jean Pritchett. She is survived by her loving husband, R. Lee Parker;
daughters Melissa Leigh and Robin Beth; grandchildren Parker James and Reagan
Noelle Carroll; twin sister Cathy Rasnick, and brother David Pritchett. She is a
charter member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Cheryl loved people and spent her
professional and private life providing for others in the Tullahoma area. Her
professional career included services in mental health; consumer affairs; and
job placement. Among her many local activities were Contact Lifeline; Tullahoma
Literacy Council; Tullahoma Chamber of Commerce; Kiwanis; Business and
Professional Women; and the AEDC Woman’s Club. Visitation with the family will
be from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday, Dec. 3 at Trinity Lutheran Church, with a memorial service to follow at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
