Barry Keith Haley

Barry Keith Haley, age 47, of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Vanderbilt Tullahoma Hospital.

Barry was born on December 20, 1975, in Tullahoma, Tennessee, the son of David “Don” and Majorie Haley. He was a man who loved our mom. He loved her so much that just a week ago, he endured a baseball game with her to make one of her dreams come true. He also was a man who fiercely loved his grandkids with all he had. They were his entire world. He lived and breathed for every moment he could get with them. I guarantee Marlee, Layla, Micah, and Lily most definitely know that their Poppie loves them to the moon and back. He had four children that if at any moment called him for help, he would put down what he was doing and rush over. He was also like a father to his son-in-law, Tony, and daughter-in-law, Tabitha. He loved them just like they were his own children and was there anytime they needed him. Actually, he did that for anyone who called. My dad had a servant’s heart and would go out of the way for anyone. He was a one of kind handy man that also loved welding. He loved it so much, he created a side business out of it, where he served so many customers in many different ways: from side railings to fixing horse trailers. He also used his talents to craft personalized gifts for his family, such as a beautiful, steel rose that would never fade for my mom. Lastly, my dad left an impact. He changed young teenagers’ lives, because he was a listening ear and was willing to help them at whatever hour they needed him. He was a one of kind man that left a legacy that’s worth keeping alive. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Haley; father, Don Haley; three sons, Taylor Haley (Tabitha), Carson Haley, and Cameron Haley; daughter, Tatiana “Tosha” Frost (Tony); brother, Brian Haley (Jennifer); two sisters, Lisa Parkerson (Ross) and Shelly Cannon (David); grandchildren, Marlee Frost, Micah Frost, Layla Haley, and Lily Haley. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Majorie Haley.

Funeral services will be held at Tullahoma Funeral Home on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM with Taylor Haley officiating. Internment to immediately follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held at Tullahoma Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
