Doris Kauffman Obituary

Doris Ann Kauffman, age 49 of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tennessee.

Mrs. Kauffman was born on July 11, 1972 in Winston County, Alabama. Doris loved going to church, reading her Bible, and praying. She loved listening to K-Love, and making her red velvet cake and pecan pies. Doris loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Visitation will be Monday, August 23, 2021 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held at 2:00pm. Brother Mark Fell will officiate. Burial will be at Corinth Heights Baptist Church Cemetery in Haleyville, Alabama.

Doris is survived by her husband, James Kauffman; sons, Toby Kauffman, and Isaac Kauffman; daughter, Megann Kauffman; grandchildren, Tate, and Rheanna; sisters, Donna (Ronnie) Cavender, and Dewanda (Ricky) Clark; brother, Loil (Karen) Price; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Dorothy Price; granddaughter, Heaven; and sister, Deb Nobel.
