Eddie "Dean" Coleman

Eddie Dean (Richardson) Coleman passed into eternal peace on Monday, July 10, 2023.  She was 90 years old.  She was born in Linden, Tennessee on April 20, 1933 to Eddie Clay and Bonnie Richardson.  She married Jerry Leon Coleman on October 7, 1951.  They were married for almost 70 years until his death September 25, 2020. They had two children, Jerry Todd and Tracey Coleman Witherspoon.  She also leaves a brother, Ralph (Rutherford, TN), her daughter-in-law, Louise Coleman (Augusta, GA) and son-in-law Robert Witherspoon (Tullahoma, TN), 6 grandchildren (and 4 spouses) and 7 great-grandchildren.   Dean was an active member of Grimes Memorial United Methodist Church (Memphis) for 55 years. After moving to Tullahoma, she became a member of Tullahoma First Methodist Church and was a resident at Morning Pointe.  Graveside services will be held at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Trenton, TN on Saturday, July 15, 2023 (karnesandsonfuneralhome.com).  In-lieu of flowers, donations to Tullahoma First Methodist Church (fumc@lighttube.net) or Samaritan’s Purse (samaritanspurse.org) are requested.
