Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffery Benjamin Hix, age 44. Jeff was born in Jackson, TN, on July 25, 1979, and passed away after an illness associated with his long struggle with Type 1 diabetes on August 27, 2023.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Bill and Carolyn Daves Hix; his sister, Tracey Hix Dause (Charles); his nephews, Jack McKee and Noah Dause; his nieces, Ella McKee and Anna Dause and a large, loving family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff is preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Alma Hix and James and Sara Daves.
Jeff was a graduate of Clemson University and an avid sports fan with a love for golf, Clemson Tiger Football, Chicago Cubs Baseball and Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey.

The Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at 11:00 am at Tullahoma Funeral Home, 401 Westside Drive and the graveside service and burial will be held at 2:30 at The Old Orchard Cemetery in Petersburg, TN.
