Nancy Ruth Ware

Nancy Ruth Griswold Ware, age 87, of Morrison, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at her home in Morrison while surrounded by her family. Nancy was born on December 3, 1935, at her parents' home in Morrison Tennessee to the late Thelma & Winfred Griswold. She grew up in Morrison and graduated from Morrison High School in 1953. Nancy was a devout Christian & member of The Fountain Grove Church.  She valued her faith, family, & friends. Nancy enjoyed being a homemaker, sharing her crochet with others, reading and games. In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Charles Ware. She is survived by her four children, Ruthie (Charles)Brooks of Pompano Beach Florida; Brenda(Tommie) Robinson of Morrison Tennessee, Clark Ware of Morrison Tennessee and Ellen Ware of McMinnville Tennessee; three grandchildren, Patrick (Leah-Faye) Robinson of Morrison Tennessee, Nicholas (Sara Roller) Robinson of Murfreesboro Tennessee and Lily Brazle of McMinnville Tennessee. Nancy is survived by three great-grandchildren, Dale (Emily Rhea) Robinson, Marleigh-Faye Robinson, and Charleigh-Faye Robinson. Private graveside service with her family was held at Morrison Cemetery on Tuesday April 25, 2023. Our family would like to thank all of her Healthcare Providers, Gentiva Hospice, and the Tullahoma Funeral Home crew. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Nancy’s name to the charity of your choice. Morrison Cemetery, Fountain Grove Cemetery, & The Gideons International were important to her.
