Mr. Ulan Albert Fisher, age 70, of Manchester passed away on April 25, 2021 at Unity Medical Center. He loved old cars, helping others in need and spending time with his family.

He was born on February 11, 1951 in Bethel, OH to the late Ulan and Betty Fisher. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Denecial Fisher; one brother and one sister.

He is survived by his son, Todd Fisher (Mandy); daughter, Brittany Evans (John); adopted daughter, Jessica Rowlett; his beloved dog, Bella; five grandchildren, Damon Fisher, MaKayla Sandoval, Riley Rowlett, Trinity Vester, and Nolan Vester; grandcat, Leo Evans; sister-in-law, Sheri Robertson; friends, Rudy Batista, Glen Bennett, Booker, Ben, Jimmy Willoughby, Cheyanne Myers.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
